Vehicle Hire Executive

Overview

You will be responsible for negotiating car hire for vehicles within the Kahn Group.  You will deal with all enquiries regarding car hire, leasing, fleet, etc.  Previous experience within car hire / lease background is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

Researching the marketplace for trends in car hire / leasing prices
Market research into new vehicles
Negotiating deals at the end of leases to sell vehicles to make a profit
Negotiating prices with dealers for new vehicles to ensure best value
Building up a network of trusted dealers to trade with
Go to exhibitions and shows representing the company
Being proactive in documenting and reporting back to manager with recommendations
Advertise in various social media for “wanted” vehicles that are in high demand

Skills

At least 2 years car leasing experience
Driven and self motivated
Well presented and eloquent
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience of prestigious brand cars
Must possess strong IT skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet targets
Possess excellent communications skills
Be able to analyse and interpret research data
Excellent negotiation skills and ‘Can do Attitude’ is essential
