Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

A. Kahn Design, Europe's leading automotive design house is looking for a mergers and acquisitions analyst to join our prestigious brand.

Aligned with ambitious business goals, the preferred candidate will provide advice and assistance to all participants developing acquisition plans; drafting acquisition related documents; supporting the C.E.O’s source selection process; developing acquisition tools, recommending efficiencies, improved business processes, prepare reports, and assist the review and analysis of various acquisition related documents from internal/external sources.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing high performing related acquisition and merger projects.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 per annum

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Holiday Entitlements

20 days Plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays per annum

Skills

Confident and capable
Articulate and have an excellent eye for detail
Significant experience with the accounting aspects and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions in the banking industry
Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels
Strong investigative skills needed for due diligence
Ability to define and build talent acquisition process and strategy
A high degree of self disciplineExcellent prioritisation skills
